“Sean is THE BEST ‼ My wedding rings had been soldered together and came apart over the weekend. I went to Keegan’s this morning and was told the usual turn around time is 7-10 days. I asked if I could make an appt and have it done while I waited, but that was not an option. I was told by Junene the best they could do was 2 days. I left my rings today (Monday) and told they’d be ready for pick up on Wednesday. I received a call this afternoon from Sean stating the rings were ready. I am so grateful for Sean being so accommodating !”
“I’m only given five stars because how amazing Georgia from the Brockton location is. The first time I went into Kay’s was in the Braintree location and it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had and decided never to go back. I was searching for An engagement ring and the people in the Braintree location were so cold. I decided to take another chance again with Kay’s at the Brockton location and that’s where I met Georgia. She got to know me and my partner as individuals and not just another check. We have been going to Georgia now for over seven years and she was so welcoming and did not make me feel as if I was being judged because I didn’t know Jewelry or because I didn’t know what I was looking for. She didn’t try to play me. She treated me like I was human and I will always love that about Georgia. Because of her I have continued to go to Kay’s and buy Jewelry seven years later. Big shout out to Georgia from the Brockton location.”

I could not have asked for a better experience with Lisa at Hefez and Sons Jewelers. She is the consummate professional who guided me through creating a ring that is magnificent. She gave me all the time I needed and was meticulous in her care of the process. Highly recommend Hefez and Sons for their expertise and welcoming environment.”
“Dealt with Mike on an engagement ring, he was an absolute stud. I had no idea what I was doing and he was incredibly patient with me. I never once felt pressured or as if I was dealing with someone that was trying to ‘sell’ me. He sent off a design, came back within a week and was exactly what I pictured. We set up another appt and he had diamonds for me to come see in person. I felt the price was fair and transparent, and I cannot wait to see this ring come in. Absolutely reccomend this place to any/everyone. Mike is a good man and he always has cold waters! Go here for engagement rings.”

Minter & Richter nailed it. We emailed them about making a custom ring, and the whole experience was top tier from start to finish. Polly made the design process way more enjoyable than I expected. The ring is copper with turquoise and jade inlay, and it came out perfect. The price was more than fair for the quality and the experience.

“Purchased a solid sterling silver flute from Anne and spent some time exploring the store.
Everything was wonderfully curated, with interesting, unique, and rare items from floor to ceiling. One especially cool detail was noticing the grand pianos throughout the shop, all in various stages of repair by Anne’s husband. It added a really unique character to the space. Anne was also actively cleaning vinyl records while we talked, which spoke volumes about the care they put into their collection.
Anne was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared fun stories that made the whole experience even better.
I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in the area. There’s truly something for everyone.”
