“This is the first experience I've had with obtaining any kind of Durable Medical Equipment. I wanted to use a local business because it seems most people experience problems with the big companies (long wait times and lack of good customer service). I had the opposite experience with Advanced Health Services. Annette was wonderful and the only person I dealt with from start to finish. I had the Rolling Walker in less than a week from when she got the prescription. She was very helpful, warm and knowledgeable. I'll be using her for any future DME needs. Buy locally, you'll be a person - not a number.”

“Best place I have found for CO2 tank refills is DMI Gases in Hyde Park. They fill your cylinder while you wait. Cost on a 5lb refill is 19.28 including the tax. “My Topcon Tonometer CT-80 stop working, called Jeff at repair department at OIC, he is very nicely answer all the questions I had about the repair. Even he sounds very positive, I still have doubt whether this machine will be working again. We set an appointment a few days later, Jeff repaired the tonometer in less than 2 hrs. He did excellent job in such a short notice. I am very pleased by his service and the friendly stuffs at the OIC company. thank you all of you!”

“Not sure what everyone is complaining about but RR has been just fine in my few weeks of working with them. Sure - they send you text messages that gently mentions their other endeavors... but no one is forcing you to use them. So long as they don't spam me with stuff not related to CPAP gear, I couldn't care less. Friendly folks on the phone, prompt call backs, hassle free insurance handling... not sure what else you might want or need.”
