I've been banking with Members Plus for more than 20 years. My accounts date back to when they were Boston Edison Employees Credit union. The Norwood location has been amazing. It's great to have a branch that's not in the city, so they get an A for convenience.I recently took out a home equity line of credit and the folks at MPCU couldn't have been more helpful. All my questions were addressed with easy to understand answers.Andrew Minton, the manager of the Norwood branch has made himself available for me whenever I call. Never has he told me "you need to contact so and so..."; if a question needs to be answered by another department, Andrew takes it on himself to get the answer, rather than push me to that other department. It demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction that's been lacking in retail banking for a long time.I couldn't be happier with the process and the result of the time we spent on this loan project, and I can't recommend MPCU highly enough.

Tried to make a deposit on Friday @ 9:30 amBank was closed!! So I decided to use the ATM to make my deposit, NO envelopes available to make my deposit! Tried calling every branch !! All were closed!! What the hell!!!?

If your systems link with the others banks in the network then why must I give my social when depositing? How many times does my address need to be seen? On the computer, on the license, then written down. I’ll never do this again. Just go to your actual bank if you need to.

Horrible customer service, they take your social and when asked why something wasn’t approved they don’t have an answer. Then the lady just hangs up. They need to fire the entire staff at this location and rehire others that know how to properly communicate with people. I would never send anybody here ever . I will be getting in touch with a lawyer as it’s very sketchy as to why you can’t give me a specific reason but you took my personal information. If anything shows up on my credit I will come for this company. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Scams!

I have always had great service here. So it's not the workers. It's the fact that companies never update these online sites. I drove all the way from Roslindale to find out the office was closed for cleaning. I'm sick of people saying go online and they never update these sites when changes are happening. It said it was open. And still does.

Members Plus Credit Union went above and beyond to help get myself and my fiance into two newer vehicles by getting approved for two separate auto loans. Process was quick and painless. In one month we had our vehicles in our driveway. Truly took the horror out of the car buying experience. Mimi and Kassandra kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. Amazing customer service! Cannot thank them enough.

This is based on my attempt to use Members Plus as a shared branch. I attempted to obtain a bank check drawn on my out of state Credit Union that participates in the Co-Op ATM's. I thought they participated in shared banking, but it turned out they didn't. Hangry, stressed, and short on time I was upset that the teller could not find my bank. While at the ATM to instead go get Money Orders, the teller came out and asked to try again. They really went the extra step to try to accommodate me and it's so rare to get attention and service like that.
