Smooth process. Very good service. Don pick up our pod without issues and gave us a heads up before arriving. Updating the order online or talking to a human should be easier though. Overall it was a good service.

This process was so seamless! Don dropped of our pod to our little dead end street and managed to find a spot on the tight street with low hanging electrical. Don is a true pro and super friendly!!!
