“I came in with some questions most adults should know. I walked in anxious as always, but then was happily greeted by Alisha who put me right at ease with the bubbly professional vibe. She allowed me to ask questions, get answers and also gave me some helpful tips!! Alisha made it so I didn’t cry in the car after that interaction. You ever get so stressed you just shed 5 tears in the car and then scream sing some Adele for a verse or two? That’s happened to me at the Dedham location 8 years ago. Anyways, thank you for having Alisha there when I needed help from my local US Post Office hero.

“I have lived in Sharon since 2000. I have also worked multiple types of jobs in Sharon. Currently working in the schools and elected as library trustee. I often go to the post office. I am always happy to do business with Amelia and John. They are 2 amazing workers. Have a welcoming smile and quickly help me with all my postal needs and yes there are often many types. Never get annoyed with all the different requests I make and always happy to assist me in any way. Going above and beyond for me and every other patron I see while in the post office. “Kind of strange to be writing a review for the post office, but after reading the bad reviews for the Dedham post office, I went ahead and made my way to the Westwood post office.
I thought the woman behind the counter was extremely patient as I tried to figure out the best way to send my three different tax-related documents -– some that needed certified with return receipt, others that did not. Apparently the type of envelope that you buy can determine the way it’s mailed, and some envelopes end up costing more than others because of that.
In the end, I was able to get everything mailed, get the return receipts I needed, and she never made me feel rushed or stupid. It was also five minutes before closing time, so I give her a lot of kudos for that too.”

“My family and I went in to get passports because the office in West Roxbury has to cancel our appointment last minute. There was only one woman at the desk and she was the most helpful and kind human being. She took care of everyone’s needs that walked into that office. “I can’t say enough about the professional service we received today. We came in after the Milton office was unable to process our passport application because their “camera wasn’t working”. Although we didn’t have an appointment, the employee at the front desk kindly spoke with the passport agent, Shakeil, who was happy to help us.
Shakeil carefully reviewed all of the documents for our newborn, took the passport photo, and made sure everything was in order. “The US Post Office in West Roxbury provides solid, reliable service and the staff is generally helpful and efficient. I would have given it 5 stars, but the parking situation makes it a bit inconvenient. It’s street parking only, and I had to park a couple of blocks away. Aside from that challenge, the post office itself does a good job and is dependable overall.”

“They do not print they only accept qr code even if you have shipping label downloaded as I have to go to library and print shipping label and things are always expensive as everywhere in Ma, well good experience just drop you pakage by packaging yourself and do not for get to have qr code of your label”
