Went by Norwood, Rockland Trust to cash in some US Savings BONDS I Was treated rude and disrespectful. I have been to the Stoughton branch, Westwood branch, Mashpee branch all. of the other branches were so professional and friendly Norwood had to be the worst Rockland Trust I’ve ever been to if you go online you can tell the other three have a 4.9 rating Norwood has a 2.3 my advice stay away from Norwood. drive the extra miles don’t put up with unprofessional and rude people

Had the absolute worst phone conversation with branch manager, Jerry. I’ve been a member for years now and called to discuss an issue I’ve been having and from his tone alone when he answered the phone I knew it would not get resolved. He barely let me get a word in to the point that I just hung up the phone with no resolution. Of all the branches I’ve been to, I have never been spoken to or disrespected like that, I’ve never come across anyone in the company so rude like that either. Luckily, I was able to get the issue resolved with customer service due to the phone call with Jerry. The Norwood branch alone has made me want to close my account multiple times, and the phone call alone truly had me contemplating if banking with them was worth it. Never again will I return to the Norwood branch.

Worst customer service ever. I called in for some travel help and they wouldn’t help me after making me wait for an hour. Definitely changing my bank soon and will tell my friends and family to never get a rockland trust account!

The white lady name Susan is just nasty. How do they keep her for so long? Have some respect lady or go home. You are serving the community of Norwood and we deserve better. Just not the job or location for you. Hopefully next time, I do not see you again!

The bank manager Gerry is unprofessional he doesn't greet you unless you know him personally. Some staff members should be retrained in customer service. It all starts with the bank manager he is terrible.

After trying to get help through a phone call, I was advised to go to my nearest branch. Which I did the next day. The floating manager. (Very nice) I needed to pay 2 bills .. She could guide me with on line payments.(she doesn’t pay bills online) Could Not do a recurring payment either. She had me sign something that stated I would agree to her setting up a recurring payment for the third of each month. After 5 phone calls to others she said we were “All set” called me back later that afternoon and said “We have to make all my recurring payments on the first of the month. I will schedule this first payment then set up all recurring payments for the first and mail you a confirmation” (why should the date have to be on the first?) so later on I went on my online account and it wasn’t even set up to even pay 1 payment and the other one she accidentally paid 2 times. My goodness. Shouldn’t a manager know how to do all of the above? Whether or not she pays her own bills online?

Drove in at 5:40 asked to issue a new card online due to lost previous card, she Said I had to make an apt. I then asked if I could make a deposit without the card she said yes, I made a 900 dollars deposit. She then comes back and said she turned the machine on and she was able to issue me a new card without an apt.Now this is what you should have done at first, great customer service is helping your customer regardless if it’s 20 min to close. By he way it was 2 ladies helping me. One took my drivers license and deposited the 900 the other issues the card. At the end of the transaction they forgot to give me my ID back. You guys have potential for better as this is a good bank.

This bank sucks if you get paid friday you cant touch it till tuesday. Never heard of a payroll check taking half a damn week.

I love this bank!!! Gerry the manager is A #1!! Everyone in there knows my name and my company and they are always giving me ideas on how to use the bank to my advantage! I love getting the same tellers every time I go in, no guess work and no one trying to up sell me accounts that I don't need! Rockland may be a big bank but without the big bank hassles!

This branch is always SOOOOOOO SLOOOWWW! Every single time I've been here it has always taken a ridiculous amount of time to make a simple deposit.
