“Very satisfied with the personal level help I got from associates in this store. They helped me complete my work in time and gave me options and suggestions. The end product result was very good.”
“Scott helped us take passport photos of our 9-month-old son, and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. He patiently tried a variety of techniques to get the right photo, all while maintaining a level of professionalism and kindness that is increasingly rare in our experience.
As first-time parents, we especially appreciated Scott’s patience, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Scott, for being an exemplary team member and, more importantly, a genuinely caring human being. Staples is lucky to have you!”
“This place now accepts USPS packages too, which is incredibly convenient! If you have both UPS and USPS packages, you can drop them all off in one location. It makes shipping so much easier!”
“Went in today to apply for a US passport card and the USPS customer service person, kayleah, was extraordinarily helpful and made the overall experience a truly pleasant experience.
There is no waiting in line and they were ready to help me exactly when my appointment was scheduled.”

“The workers were very helpful figuring out which shipping method to use. I'd recommend getting an account for even better pricing than you'd get as just a walk-in.”
