“Tom at this location, Staples Natick was very helpful and exceeded my expectations. I submitted an order online for a VERY important corporate booklet. Staples could have just printed as inputted, but Tom e-mailed then called me to explain that the laminated pages would mean the pages would then be larger than the plastic front and back covers. Tom asked me what this was for and then gave me a more appropriate order for my booklet goal. I wasn't charged anything extra for this update. I think Tom should be made CEO of the Staples Natick printing department! Go, Tom!”
“I haven’t been to a Staples Connect before, though I can guarantee I will start going more often. I came today to ship some items, but I saw a monitor that I have been interested in for a while now. The staff was great in helping me find information about this monitor, but who I found the most helpful was the cashier, Shirish. Shirish was super friendly, supportive and relatable. Not only was he super fun to talk with, but he was also able to answer all my questions and informed me of their coupons and app. In the end, Shirish was able to help me get a good deal on my monitor. I had a frustrating day at work, but Shirish honestly made my day a whole lot better.”

“My husband needed to drop off an international package, and the team there was super helpful getting all his customs documents and label together--so much so that he mentioned how nice everyone was when he got home.Fast forward to two days later, we cannot find my husband's bag, and we're back-tracking his day. Al at FedEx kindly and quickly assists us in tracing the bag's whereabouts. So helpful and above-and-beyond the kind of assistance I feel like we would've gotten anywhere else. “Great location they had 3 guys working and I did my Amazon-drop off and also shipped out some clothes in less than 5 minutes. Granted I went at 11am on a Thursday. I'm sure this location gets pretty busy being off of VFW Parkway but staff is 10/10.”

“I actually live 3 minutes from another FedEx, but I happily drive 20 minutes to this FedEx because they have unbelievable professional, efficient and trustworthy staff. They have never lost any of my packages, and one day I forgot a signed blank check at their counter… they looked me up and called me immediately to let me know about the check, I went back and grabbed it. Basically saved me from a major disaster. Love them all to pieces!”

“I continue to be impressed by the Staples store in Needham, Highland Avenue. In this review I wish to thank Dave McNeish for his help with printing photographs for a family event. It was help that was needed although the purchase was nominal. Dave was helpful and treated me with respect considering the circumstances. I often come here to hang out and get out of my home office. Once here I start remembering items that I need. Even when I come to the store to hang out and have coffee, I never leave without buying something. Great customer service is valuable in today's retail store marketplace. Why visit a store when most items are available online? I like the feel of a brick and mortar store. I like the interaction between sales staff and me. I like to interact with other customers. What's on sale? What's trending? The experience online is linear. It's visual on the online stores. Many more senses are involved with an in store experience. Visually you see the products but in a three dimensional way when seeing items in person. Here I can sit in an office chair and write this. It smells new. It feels supportive and yet comfortable. A possible sale today? Who knows. With a good sales person, I feel comfortable in returning to this store again. If I had a bad experience I might not return. Accommodations to Dave McNeish at the Needham store!”
