“Just returned from having brought an after school youth program to a session at Nauset CrossFit. What an experience! The kids had the time of their lives and almost fell asleep in the van ride back to Hyannis from having worked out so hard. Chris was on-point in demonstrating each exercise he lead the kids to complete. The technology he uses to display the exercises (with the timers programmed into each one) was beyond impressive.
