I regularly get deliveries from this location because I am short of time and have a child who is very difficult to shop with I order through the shaws app.m so shaws employees do the shopping and door dash operators do the deliveries. Unfortunately, the recent deliveries feel like they are trying to get rid of their damaged and old produce in my orders. It’s upsetting. And a door dash driver also drove completely across my back yard to get to the steps, running over lights in the process. It’s not through door dash so I called the Orleans shaws and left a message with a manager but I never heard back from them. It’s not perfect but I’m glad they offer delivery.

The pick-up times are very convenient, but the quality of product can be subpar: green potatoes, fishy smelling spinach, rock hard expired electrolyte powder. It defeats the purpose of pick-up if one always has to go in and return something, but I suppose it’s an effective way for them to get rid of undesirable goods

Bait and switch on sale items
By stocking a very similar item that you don't realize isn't the same until it rings up for twice what you're expecting. Should be illegal.

I bought sushi on July 24, 2024, opened it at home, there was no smell of fresh fish, the stench was very noticeable. Spoiled product not fresh.

The grocery delivery service from the Orleans Branch is convenient, well-executed, timely, and has the most pleasant delivery people. This service is outstanding, and so helpful to those of us unable to do our own shopping. Thank You to the Shaw's Team for offering this service, and for providing exemplary customer relations.

Lynn is the most efficient cashier at Shaws-Orleans. Her interaction with customers is always brief but courteous; she provides a well organized, price-accurate and very efficient checkout process and shows patience.

The nicest young man with a name tag that said Hayden was so helpful and friendly at self checkout, and offered to help lift our heavy watermelon! A young man that had to be his twin brother returned our grocery cart for us! Nice work having friendly hardworking staff.
