“Associates in the store knew exactly where items should be. 2 of 3 items I wanted were not available in the size I wanted. In both instances, the associate worked to try to find a substitute for the items I wanted. They were very pleasant and helpful.”

Heather is particularly wonderful! We went in with questions about paint types, finishes, and color matching, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She took the time to make sure we had exactly what we needed for our projects.
It is rare to find this level of genuine customer service these days. We are so lucky to have this store right down the road from our house.”

Not only did this helpful employee solve my problem by delivering the ladder to my condo when it didn’t fit in my own car, but he brought the ladder inside and changed the battery for me!! I am sooo grateful for this excellent service and will always go to this store!!”
“Anchor hardware... I didn't see any anchors but they did have the batteries I needed for my key fob which was very helpful because that's the reason I went there. Not everywhere sells these batteries but anchor hardware does. So if you need key fob batteries I'd come here to get them. Unless you don't need key fob batteries don't come here to get them... but that is completely up to you.”

The MOD was MIA - and Eddie seemed to know how to run the show and get things accomplished.He and Randall loaded our purchase and helped us when we returned for our second load. Shook our hands thanked us, and we them. These 2 are fabulous!”

“This place is the best local hardware store I have found on cape. Great selection and the staff is INCREDIBLE. Very helpful and super friendly staff, they had an obscure finish I needed for a painting project then custom matched a paint color I needed as well. While I was there, the staff helped multiple customers with what they needed by phone/in-person (stellar service everytime)! Highly recommend!!!!”

Busy on the summer weekends as one should expect. But a big store and a decent stock of commodity items 99% of the time find what I am looking for. The last time I was in the store it was surprisingly messy”
