This CVS provides very good service with a friendly and helpful staff. The manager and workers are kind, welcoming, and go above and beyond for customers. They are more than happy to help with any issues, making for a great experience. The store part is a nice experience with very nice people. They have seasonal items like Halloween decor available. For specific services like passport photos, the staff is amazing and incredible with children, turning a potentially terrible experience into a great one to remember. The pharmacy has had some not so great experiences noted, but the store front consistently receives praise. Customers are encouraged to use this Oxford, Mass. CVS store.
I just want to recognize that Sam at the front register is one of the most pleasant and upbeat individuals I’ve Experienced in Customer Service in a very long time. People like that deserve recognition so I wanted to leave five star review.

Jessica is one incredible employee!!! She found me spinning in circles confused about a humidifier and literally stepped right up. She knows all about them!!!! She is Heaven sent. Thank you so so much Jessica at Oxford CVS. I hope she gets recognized for her incredible customer service.

Long lines at the pharmacy always. Drive through is worse some how. The real treat is the bombardment of phone calls and voicemails I get telling me my prescription is ready only for me to get here and it’s not ready…..
