CVS used to stand for Convenience, Value, and Service. It's all been lost. The parking lot is very difficult to get in and out of, the prices of everything are higher than the supermarket, and the service is terrible. There is usually nobody behind the front counter, and 7 people behind the pharmacy counter, watching 1 person actually helping the line of customers, in slow motion.

I don’t appreciate being brought to the self checkout to ring up my purchases when I am at the counter. I would like the cashier to ring me up at the regular cash register.

Unprofessional and rude staff. One employee spoke loudly to another employee about patients which could be heard within the isles. When asked for counseling, what I assume was a pharmacy technician (no name tag specifying their job title) came to the window instead of the RPH on duty.

The store part of this CVS was a nice experience for my son and I. The manager Cody was so kind and helpful. I have had not so great experiences with the pharmacy but the store front always has very nice and helpful people.

The staff and manager are very friendly and helpful! Plus they have Halloween decor and items out and that made me very happy!!!!

CVS pharmacy employees lie to me, my wife, and my insurance company. They can't accurately dispense controlled substances (twice they miscounted pills into bottles for me). They delete prescriptions out of my account if they are too hard to spell... They are going to kill someone some day if they keep up with this type of thing. Do not go to CVS.

Pharmacy staff is wonderful. They are understaffed and overwhelmed and they do the best they can.

Avoid the pharmacy at all cost. go somewhere else if you can.Cvs too cheap to hire more people for pharmacy and the store. no wonder sales are down. You need people.

Very good service. I was using coupons so there was a small issue, but the clerk, Kendrick, was more than happy to help. Great experience. I would encourage you to use Oxford , Mass. CVS store.

This CVS was my 3rd stop to try to find milk chocolate Cadbury bars to make a family recipe for the holidays. I needed 3 bars but they only had 2 in the candy aisle. I was greeted by Cody who was super kind, friendly and welcoming. I explained that I needed one more bar and he checked to see if they had anymore out back. After not finding them out back, he asked me if I had time to wait so he can tear boxes apart. Even though there were none left in the store, Cody went above and beyond for me and other customers that were in the store. Thank you again Cody!

Their pharmacy is the worst I've been to. An hour wait while others come and go? I just came from the ER, I would've taken my prescription to my usual pharmacy but they close earlier than here.

Im there at least once a week. For the past 5 years and I have never had a problem. Just to defend the employees, they're not available at the registers as much anymore because they now have to be stocking shelves and doing inventory on top of working at checkout. Don't be so lazy. Use self checkouts. That's why they're there.
