“The Webster MA store, usually have what I need. Oxford MA store is usually in very good shape, seemingly with more various brands. Putnam CT, needs to add a frozen food section”
“The manager who was working today May 21st was by far the most helpful and nicest person. I didn't get his name but I came in with an elderly relative of mine and he had an OTC card and it was a mess but even though it was a pain to figure it out he stopped everything and went above and beyond to help us and he could've just left us to figure it out but he helped way more than most people do. He was also such a friendly nice man and even though it was probably extremely frustrating on his end he did everything he possibly could to help us . You don't really get that type of assistance at any stores these days and I'm extremely appreciative and thankful for his help and kindness!”

“The place be cleaner if costumer stop throwing thing around and opening packages the cashier sopost to ring and stuck and clean and costumer make it harder for the worker they can't do it all at once if costumer stop throwing thing and moving stuff around and living thing where it doesn't belong the place be clean and organized”
“Pretty much all Family Dollar stores are similar. I find them a bit more crowded than the Dollar Tree stores and merchandise seems to really crowd the shelves, to the point that sometimes it's not pleasing to the eyes...at the same time, many times I see empty shelves where products run out or they haven't re-stocked them. I went into this store in Worcester and I found a few things that I needed, luckily there was no line to check out, so I had no issues shopping and paying. With over 8,000 locations in all states except Alaska and Hawaii, it was the second largest retailer of its type in the United States until it was acquired by Dollar Tree in 2015 and its headquarters operations were moved from Matthews, a suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina, to Chesapeake, Virginia, located in South Hampton Roads. The main difference is that at Family Dollar you can get items at different price points, whereas at Dollar Tree everything is $1.25 or less.”

Store was very clean. She advised me of the family dollars rewards she help get the application. She is very professional and kind. She definitely is the example of what customer service should also be. Thank you for your kindness and help Nicole. I hope corporate sees this review and gives you any type of gratitude acknowledgement. I can say that I definitely seen that their was a management change being that I have came in before to this store and my experience wasn't like the one I had today with Nicole, and if its not a management change Nicole will be a great candidate. “Typical dollar tree. Place is packed with people and one register open. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to check out is a given fact at any dollar tree. Usually the cashier is a nice and friendly person though.”
“They have refrigerated goods, almost always stock full whenever I've gone there, and the quality is generally very good (burgers, chicken sandwiches, banquet dinners, mozzarella sticks, etc.)Variety of snacks, affordable drinks, and all sorts of household goods.”
“Staff here I'd say is hands down the best! They care about your opinions and even has a sense of humor. I've been always greeted very kindly and taken care of when looking for items I wish to see more Dollar General stores like this. It's very well kept and clean. The prices are outstandingly amazing and with the minor one little downside of the occasional theft. I have caught 2 people stealing there and reported to the staff what happened. Those individuals are no longer welcomed there. Over all this is my Go-To store for all my little basic needs.”
