“I needed a new head light bulb in my vehicle. I'm not that mechanically sound and figured this is beyond my abilities. Called the authorized dealer and was told I'd have to schedule an appointment and bring it in. Went to 1 local garage and was told I'd need to leave it for at least half the day to replace the bulb.
I went to K2 on Main St without an appointment on the hottest day of the year (currently 94 degrees) and Kevin dropped everything he was doing to change my bulb (outside in the 94 degree heat and humidity) in about 10 minutes. We chatted for a bit as I'd never been to this shop. I'll definitely be going back fo future services.
