I was having an issue getting the rate it showed online, so I ended up calling the main number and spoke to an awesome rep Ed in Myrtle Beach, SC who had a great attitude and was very personable. He took care of me and got my new account all set up in no time. I haven’t dealt with or met the local people at my specific storage yet and am hoping they are atleast half as good as Ed was.”

“Nice storage facility! Well laid out and clean spaces for units. Owners are super responsive and rates are fair. Grounds are well maintained and in a safe area. Easy contact-less signup and contracts, pleasure to work with them.”
“Good rental and great service but the whole return after hours process was awful and I don't recommend it. I didn't know I had to download the app and the app wasn't loading very well at all and was downright awful. I wound up finding a web link next to the key return and struggled through using it because of loading times. It took me 40 minutes to return the truck which is unacceptable.Uhaul at this location should have a wifi guest network near the building that I can connect to if service is bad so that I can take a normal amount of time to do this. 40 minutes is unacceptable and it makes me hesitant to ever return after hours again. I'd advise against it. Also, if the account holder and driver are two different people, the driver returning the vehicle should be able to do the return process without having to reach out to the account holder. It was an incredibly long and arduous process and it really shouldn't have been.”

I was moving out of my apartment and needed a storage unit the same day because our other storage place rented out our reserved unit by mistake. I called the owner of Worcester Self Storage Box, and told him that I am currently moving my belongings into a truck and would be down in a few hours. He told me to just give him a call when I was ready to come down.”
“Nice and secure. You have to use your code to get in and out. Many cameras. Nice clean units and yard. Local owner. Price doesn't go up every 3 months like cube smart does.”
