I truly felt compelled to take the time and write a review because of how exceptional our experience has been with Matt, the Leasing Consultant here. It’s rare to find someone in leasing who genuinely cares this much about residents’ experience.

We scheduled an apartment tour online, and Matt gave us an incredibly informative tour. He patiently answered what must have been hundreds of our questions. My husband and I can be a bit of an anxious couple with many follow-ups and double-checks, but Matt has always responded promptly, clearly, and with so much patience. He often went out of his way to make things clear and easy for us --- move-in logistics, billing details, ESA documentation, etc --- Matt truly seems to have an answer or solution for everything.

We really appreciate Matt and honestly credit him as the main reason we decided to sign here. We just moved in last week and already feel right at home.”

“I live at the Beach House apartments so far three years. I am 54 this year and I realize that after I moved in this building life is really beautiful. I feel like living in Vacation spot like 12 months a year My neighbors very nice intelligent, elegant people.. intelligent workers @ management all incredibly good always helpful. “I have been living at Market Street Apartments for three years. When I moved in I didn’t know what to expect because I never lived in an apartment complex. I soon found out it was a great place to live. It is very secure and people are extremely pleasant. Maintenance is great, they are right there when you need them. Office personal is wonderful. They are very accommodating, pleasant and very personable. I made the right choice when I moved here. Lisa and Rachel are great.”

“I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience in general. I hope everyone can find a place that suits them the best.

1. Maintenance: Bruce and his team have consistently done an excellent job. They are always responsive, and most maintenance requests are resolved within 36 hours.

2. Location: The location is fantastic, whether you have a car or not. Within walking distance, you'll find a bakery, coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, Chinese food, and a Japanese ramen spot. There’s also a Stop & Shop and Super 88 Market nearby for groceries. Of course, the subway station is just around the corner.

3. Parking: There are both covered and uncovered parking options available. There may also be public parking nearby, which could be cheaper, though I’m not sure about the specifics.

4. Pets: The building is pet-friendly, which is great if you're a pet owner.

5. Noise: The noise level depends heavily on your neighbors. The walls are a bit thin, so if your neighbors aren't respectful of quiet hours (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.), it can be disruptive. Unfortunately, my neighbor hasn't always followed the community rules, which has been a bit frustrating.”

1. Service: Eduardo Campelo was my leasing agent, and he did a great job answering my questions and requests on time. He made sure to explain everything in detail to me. My interactions with him as well as the rest of the leasing office personnel have been positive, pleasant, and helpful. Great job, guys!

2. Apartment: The apartment has good amenities and was in good condition at move-in.

3. Community: The community is quiet and the grounds are beautiful. The gym is well-equipped. The mail and package system are modern.

Overall, I have a very positive impression of the apartment at move-in. I'm excited to call this home and spend time with family and friends.”

“Brandywyne village is the best place to live in Massachusetts. I have been living here for 4.5 years. I am so pleased with the wonderful staff for their professionalism. Whenever I need a service for my apartment a work order is submitted with the help of a nice staff member in the office and immediately my request is satisfied. Everyone here is a such hard working employee. My love language is kindness and here at Brandywyne village every single person is absolutely kind and respectful towards me. The all village is so clean, well maintained and definitely safe. I am not planning to move out anytime soon. So please make plans to move here at Brandywyne village and see for yourself.

“These apartments are decent. Expensive but decent. My big complaint is that every morning I have to flip my breaker in order to have a cup of coffee from my Kuerig. I had maintenance come and I was told that, thats how its going to be and its something with the new fuses they installed. I find this hard to believe and very annoying since practically everyone uses these coffee makers these days. At the cost of 2k a month this is unacceptable and very frustrating to think that everyday for the next year I have to do this. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is extremely lacking. Im told I can purchase a new shower head and the maintenance people will install it. I don't think I should have to spend more money than I already pay but maybe I will because its bad. Also, not even sure it would help. Bottom line is the apartments are nice and some have balconies. If you don't care about the two things I mentioned then its a good place to live near everything walkable.”

“Drew and Mitchell in the leasing office are so kind and very attentive - and always try to help/make issues right. After living here for 1.5 years in a 1 bedroom, enjoyed it here so much that I decided to move into a 2 bedroom in the same building. The walls are sufficiently insulated, the free parking is a great perk, and while it might not have everything, it's great for the cost of the rent.”
