their services are getting worse, keep delaying pick up, then missed us on next day, now we have dumpster not being picked up since Thursday, next Monday when we call, it will be deferred to Tuesday(as Monday they will just start the request). We reported since Thursday, dumpster is full, very disappointed!

I'm a new customer with Casella and haven't had my first pick-up yet so I can't really rate them on that aspect. However, the customer service is outstanding! Very friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Winter, thanks for all the tips!

They lie and say they came and didn’t empty my dumpster. I pay for them to empty twice a week. This is the second time in a couple months they didn’t come. They won’t make the extra effort to dump ahead of time because they missed the last time. And want to charge me extra to get rid of all the build up from not dumping when they should have. Find a different company!!! I am!

Wanting to give a shout-out to Jeff Stuart and the crew in Stoneham. A while ago I'd posted a question to our FB community group about how to safely prepare a cracked glass stovetop for collection. Jeff responded right away with clear instructions. Clearly he cared about safety and he was friendly and helpful; his availability reminded me how great it is to live in a small town.Sometimes on dry days the guys leave our trashcan lid flipped up after collection. This is really helpful; we can see the flipped lid from our window and it helps us to know when we can bring the cans back in. Last week I pinged Jeff and thanked him for doing this. He asked my address and sure enough, this week our can lid was flipped up again. Now that's great service!What a great bunch of folks - they do a tough job well and with a smile. This company is contracted by the Town on Hamilton for trash removal. Moved to Hamilton in January and is been a garbage horror show ever since. This company regularly and routinely refuses/fails to take recycling, composting and trash out. I've complied with every single rule/regulation they have and the Town has, but their people can't be bothered. When I call the Town, I'm told to "call Casella". It's absolutely insane what I've been dealing with. Finally have to hire a lawyer and take legal action. This is bananas.Services: Yard debris removal

Our team here in Stoneham are just the best!! No matter the weather they always do their job and respect our containers. They have a very difficult job and they need a lit of ???for a job well done.I wish I knew their names as these two have been on my route for the last 4-5 years!!!THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

very unprofessional service by Barbara Borzecki. I can clearly remember the conversation that we had agreed the contract for 12 months and when she send me the contract it was 24 months. Which i fail to read. Now i am stuck with the company and they keep increasing the price. when i addressed there is someone else that dealing dealing with my account not her because she doesn't have my contract anymore. It is BS. even new sales rep. does't want to help either. Other company is beating their price by $80 and he keeps coming back to my 24 months contract. i still want to give them my business but he doesn't even considering lowering the price.SO BE AWARE BEFORE YOU SIGN CONTRACT. THERE CONTRACT APPLICATION HAS FINE PRINT WHICH THEY GO BY.

Absolutely terrible service! They simply do not care about their customers. Constantly miss schedules, do not respond to service requests and have contributed to ongoing trash issues in my condo community. It is astounding how they have gotten to be such a major provider in the area with such poor service. They are not experts at what they do. They manipulate contracts to lock you in and then do not provide good service because they know you are stuck with them. They stink worse than the gross dumpsters they use. An unhappy customer since 2016!

A pleasure to deal with! We were not the easiest customers - our project had to be delayed several times which resulted in having to delay our dumpster several times. Eric was very professional and helpful through everything.
