They never pick up their phones and really don’t seem to care anything about their customers. Update 1/2026: Nothing has changed. They don’t even pick up their phones for doctors trying to renew a critical medication.

Management needs to be imprisoned or replaced. There are no HARD BRISTLE TOOTHBRUSHES in stock, not to mention they have Dove sandalwood scented men's care soap, but there is no dove Rosa or any of the basic ones. Store manager yelled at me and argued with me until I left in a fit of rage. DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS!! 👎🙂✌️

Got to CVS Pharmacy Main Street Peabody at 9:00 and the pharmacist didn’t show up to work until after 10:00 . There should be a better back up plan in place in case things like this happen in the future .
