They are very supportive and provide necessary information to guild clients here.All designers are on sales with discount from 25% to 50% off all sales. You can have lovely shoes, ties, shorts, tshirts, polo, pants, perfume, Jean's, suit's etc.”
“This is our favorite place to shop for mattresses. We’ve been here twice, and both times were great. Their prices are comparable to other furniture stores. But more importantly, the shopping experience was easy and pleasant.
The Macy’s sales agents never pressured us or used any hard-sell tactics. They introduced themselves, offered a few recommendations, and then gave us space to browse and try out mattresses at our own pace. They only checked in occasionally (maybe every 10 minutes) to see if we had any questions, which we really appreciated.”

“I went to the men's section yesterday to get clothes for my son's upcoming vacation. Marie provided an exceptional customer service. she was extremely patient as I navigated the entire store , bringing items for her to hold it and even helped me choosing the correct sizes. when I was at the registry ready to pay , I did mention to her I got a headache and was so thirsty from being there literally 2 hours and she pulled out her bottler of water and gave it to me. like , who does that ? but when I Thought I could not get anything else out of that wonderful lady, she grabbed my shopping bags and helped me carrying them to my car. I was pleasantly impressed about her customer services skills . she went above & beyond to make sure I had an unforgettable experience , definitely one of the best one I encountered through out my entire life as a consumer. Macy's is so lucky to have such a great assets . employees like her definitely raise Company's customer satisfaction to a highest level. ps : her co worker Paige, was wonderful too.”
“The customers that shop here are slobs. The staff try to clean and then a customer 2 feet away tossing items on floor. It’s embarrassing. I feel sorry for the people that work there. Plus I would not buy something someone else just threw on the floor. The items are so cheap I guess you can’t get a better customer. Plus I have seen people steal!”
“I feel so badly that so many had poor customer service experiences, because the young girl with the glasses that helped my daughter find Miku items was so sweet and thorough. She even checked to see if my daughter's items qualified for a free gift (they didn't, but that's okay, I appreciated her checking!) We will definitely return!”
