“Rented a unit at the Weymouth facility for almost three years and never had an issue or concern. The office staff are friendly and responsive and the hallways and elevators are kept clean. Easy parking lot for loading and unloading, with numerous dollies available. Never a problem with the unit being too hot or too cold. I would rent here again if ever needed.”

“Storage Sense of Marshfield is the place to use for storage in the Marshfield area. Especially dealing with Carol who met me at the facility as I arrived unannounced. “I found their ad on Facebook and jumped at the opportunity to save myself some money after the current storage facility I had raised their prices on the units and the insurance rate. I called and spoke with Adam, he was very helpful and willing to accomodate any needs I had, including offering to help me move from my current unit to this new one!! That alone made me a customer!. My new unit is 3 times bigger than the unit I had and the cost is $30.00 cheaper! The facility is very convienent and hours of operation and accessibility work great for my needs. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.”
“I previously rented 2 units over the summer of 2023. The facility itself was up to par, clean and accessible. I took advantage of an online offer for first month rent free. While I continued to have issues with their computer system for the deal I then reached out to the manager Josh who took great care of me resolving the issue immediately. Would highly recommend calling or going in person to deal with any issues as the customer service here was fantastic.”

LFL moved an elderly family member from Long Island to assisted living on Cape Cod. Antiques and artwork necessitated special handling and care. 2019
LFL assisted in emptying the home of a departed family member requiring disposal, sale, storage, and delivery to multiple locations of the household contents during the challenging 2020 period.
LFL expediently moved a young adult to a graduate school apartment and later to a city apartment for work. Both moves required warehouse storage, multiple location pickups and drop-offs due to timing differences and furniture acquisition. 2022 & 2025
LFL twice orchestrated the moves of an elderly person designed to minimize the anxiety and confusion for that person. Pickup, Dropoff, and Setting up the new locations to look familiar were all completed while the person was enjoying an afternoon out with a caregiver. 2024 & 2025.”
“I am a longtime customer and Dena has been friendly, professional and super helpful from the very first day I met her. I was worried when CubeSmart took over the facility from the previous local ownership but the great thing about Dena is that she cares: if she sees you working in your unit she stops by to check in. If you have a question or need guidance, she's there. The premises are well maintained, the office is neat and organized. When I go to my unit, I look forward to seeing Dena.”

“The Norwell location is excellent. I’ve had a unit here for years, and I’ve always found the facilities to be very well maintained. I’ve kept some delicate things here that needed temp control and everything’s remained in mint condition. Also everyone who works here has always been very friendly and helpful.
