Each day was a separate team that Rob had help us and both were awesome. “I quickly needed a storage unit with drive up access in order to downsize my mother's belongings when she moved. I was able to move into a unit quickly, and at a very reasonable rate if I paid 4 months ahead. I gambled in hoping I wouldn't need to go past those 4 months as the promotional rate was phenomenal but the continuing rate was not as great. Luckily my mother was able to sift through her belongings over the time I had the unit. Move in and move out was super easy. Move out I scheduled on the app, and after the unit was empty I went to the office to confirm that was all I needed to do. If I ever needed a storage unit again, this would be the first place I checked as the location was also super convenient for me.

“I previously rented 2 units over the summer of 2023. The facility itself was up to par, clean and accessible. I took advantage of an online offer for first month rent free. While I continued to have issues with their computer system for the deal I then reached out to the manager Josh who took great care of me resolving the issue immediately. Would highly recommend calling or going in person to deal with any issues as the customer service here was fantastic.”

The unit was spotless, delivery (and pick up) was a breeze...our desire for a short term rental was extended a several times. Communication with Bill was great. Cost was less expensive than a storage facility and our belongings were right in the driveway when we needed something. We referred Plymouth Storage to my brother-in-law. “LFL warehouse flawlessly received a cross-country, full-home move requiring several months of storage before delivery to a Cape Cod location. 2018
LFL moved an elderly family member from Long Island to assisted living on Cape Cod. Antiques and artwork necessitated special handling and care. 2019
LFL assisted in emptying the home of a departed family member requiring disposal, sale, storage, and delivery to multiple locations of the household contents during the challenging 2020 period.
LFL expediently moved a young adult to a graduate school apartment and later to a city apartment for work. Both moves required warehouse storage, multiple location pickups and drop-offs due to timing differences and furniture acquisition. 2022 & 2025
LFL twice orchestrated the moves of an elderly person designed to minimize the anxiety and confusion for that person. Pickup, Dropoff, and Setting up the new locations to look familiar were all completed while the person was enjoying an afternoon out with a caregiver. 2024 & 2025.”
