“I previously rented 2 units over the summer of 2023. The facility itself was up to par, clean and accessible. I took advantage of an online offer for first month rent free. While I continued to have issues with their computer system for the deal I then reached out to the manager Josh who took great care of me resolving the issue immediately. Would highly recommend calling or going in person to deal with any issues as the customer service here was fantastic.”

“I found their ad on Facebook and jumped at the opportunity to save myself some money after the current storage facility I had raised their prices on the units and the insurance rate. I called and spoke with Adam, he was very helpful and willing to accomodate any needs I had, including offering to help me move from my current unit to this new one!! That alone made me a customer!. My new unit is 3 times bigger than the unit I had and the cost is $30.00 cheaper! The facility is very convienent and hours of operation and accessibility work great for my needs. I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.”

I was worried when CubeSmart took over the facility from the previous local ownership but the great thing about Dena is that she cares: if she sees you working in your unit she stops by to check in. If you have a question or need guidance, she's there. The premises are well maintained, the office is neat and organized. When I go to my unit, I look forward to seeing Dena.”

The unit was spotless, delivery (and pick up) was a breeze...our desire for a short term rental was extended a several times. Communication with Bill was great. “The Norwell location is excellent. I’ve had a unit here for years, and I’ve always found the facilities to be very well maintained. I’ve kept some delicate things here that needed temp control and everything’s remained in mint condition. Also everyone who works here has always been very friendly and helpful. “Friendly staff, brand new equipment, 24hr pick up and drop off. Was safely able to leave my car there overnight during a local rental.My only suggestion is to tell customers in advance where the key drop is after hours. I and another customer were both looking for the drop box for 15-20 mins before finding it. There is a photo of a drop box that must be stock photography used in the check in process that makes finding it very confusing. For those looking... It's mounted on the shed building to the left of the equipment return area, it is not near the main building.”
