“Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thought my delivery was lost, turns out family member grabbed it and didn’t tell anyone. Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”

“We have bought and rented instruments from Goulet and Co. for years and for multiple kids. They have premium quality instruments, even the orchestra teacher complimented how nice the Instrument that I bought for my son is. We also do a couple of rentals until we know for sure they will stick with the instruments and the whole process has been so easy and the rates are great. I appreciate that there seems to always be a person that is able to fix the instruments onsite. I’ve went in to have a violin bow rehaired and it was done right then and there. Kim works in the front of the office and is so helpful and personable. They also always have all the books and accessories that I am looking for in stock when everywhere else is either sold out or backordered. This is a nice and solid establishment that I will recommend and stick with for my kids’ instruments.”
