“I have been using Pepperell Auto Parts as my go-to main parts suppliers since 1999. Anytime I have been working in a shop near Pepperell Ma, 11 years in all combined total! I suggest talking to Steve when possible, he is who runs the store, and is almost always there. Generally he knows exactly what part Im looking for, better than I do, all without 20 questions and all the drama. When its a specific rare part if they don't have something in stock, they will get it within a couple hours generally. Wear and tear parts (brake,chassis,ect.) in particular somehow often costs less here than National Brand parts store's in Nashua's N.H., even though it may seem hard to believe!”

“I’ve been using Kemps for years for both inspections and repairs/oil changes. This is a top notch establishment who are honest and straightforward.
I see other reviews on here complaining about the inspections. I for one am comforted by the fact Kemps will not rubber stamp my safety and just pass my car for the quick buck.
People need to realize if a car has an accident after a passed inspection that wasn’t legitimate, the inspector is liable. My hats off to Kemps for not compromising their professionalism or my safety because of nonsense complaints.

Told me honestly on the phone that he was very busy and was unsure of when he could check out the situation on my car (had hopes for wed. and it was monday) I told him this was ok, he called me wed. and quoted the service and was done by Friday!
