“Gregg was fantastic! He was extremely thorough explaining the issues with my car. He was quick to do the work and flexible when I couldn’t pick my car up right away. The prices were extremely fair and he replaced my engine and cabin filter at cost, since he was already working in those areas of my car. I don’t know a lot about cars and in the past have felt mechanics have taken advantage of that and overcharged or tried to upsell me. Gregg was not like this at all. I will definitely be coming back for any further work I need!”

I can tell the people here really care and are committed to providing a good experience. I'll admit there were a few bumps in the service I had come to expect when it first changed ownership, but they worked to rectify any issues and seem to have worked out any kinks. Last year, before a long road trip, my fuel pump died and they were able to replace it that day and saved our trip. I've never felt that they try to up sell or nickel and dime me to death. Simply on the phone they were kind and extremely helpful and thorough in helping me figure out what the problem might be. When I arrive there the gentleman at the counter, Andrew I believe, was equally friendly, organized and helpful. Less than 5 minutes after I left he called me to give me an update that he could already see having looked a bit more closely at my motor. Then we discussed the options.
This kind of service is unfortunately increasingly rare. I'm very grateful for having been referred to Chelmsford Auto electric ⚡??”
“I always get nervous going to a dealership in fear of getting scammed as a woman but that is not the case here at Nucar Honda. I received superb service from Garrett. Upon arrival he doubled check to see if my tires were part of a recall without me asking for it, which is such a nice gesture. He thoroughly explained in details where the tech was at with my car throughout the process and even offered a Lyft ride home and back while my car was being repaired. He was friendly and most importantly I didn’t feel intimidated at all. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer!”
