“I love this place! Everyone is helpful, patient and kind. Their home project advice has been invaluable. They've even steered me away from buying something when a better solution could be achieved by trying a different approach with what I already had. Three cheers for Aubuchon Hardware in Littleton!”
“I've always loved going to this Aubuchon. Not only is it close by, it is also a very pleasant to buy my house project goodies and birdseed. If I need anything they don't carry, they'll find it or recommend where I can look for it. I go there so often I'm mistaken for a worker, and sometimes I can help answer their questions. This one in Ayer is superb!”
“This is a great hardware store. The staff are very helpful and they have a great barbecue/smoker section with hard to find products like stump chunks and good quality lump charcoal. They ALWAYS have what I need in stock!!”
“Always help me with my propane- they're all so nice. Gave me a nice amaryllis bulb in a pot for Valentines day and it was lovely when it bloomed. I almost killed it but saved it. Highly recommend!”

“Nice store with a good variety of products. The make keys, have paint supplies, garden supplies, tools, and more. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Its convenient if your working in the area and dont want to drive to the big stores.”
“First time here. This operation is incredible. Really efficient and helpful front desk, big place with tons of supplies and materials. I will definitely be back!”
“Order Farm provides a drop off/pick up point for The Tack Shack. Great for nearby horse owners (or something he like) who require cleaning for their horse clothing, as well as repairs. Order Farm, also, sells hardware, farm animal feedstuff, some horse, cat and dog equipment/toys, etc. They, also, sell seasonal items, baby chickens, Xmas wreaths, swag, etc. Great for the locals in the Hollis/Brookline NH area.”
“I shop here alot. I buy alot of tools here. They have an excellent warranty on all hand tools. I have my workshop running on solar panels and batteries from Harbor Freight. They have alot of great tools and equipment for homesteading, farms, contractors, DIY projects, emergency preparations and more. Definitely worth a visit.”
“Friendly, Well stocked, hardware store. Service seems to be top priority here. They have quality products and well organized. Prices are a bit more than the larger stores. Always happy to go there. Recently, I bought 15 bags of mulch which they kindly put into the back of my truck for me. Being 64, it is very beneficial to me so I can take out the bag one by one to do my front lawn. 😀😃🙂”

“I am a local contractor and shop here whenever I am working in the area. The staff are always quick to help find things and pull orders quickly. This is important when you are picking up materials to finish a job and don't want to waste time. The staff is also willing to help the diyer with whatever info they can provide with products or information on projects.”

“We have been customers of Nashua wallpaper for approximately 50 years !Staff & owner have always been extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Highly recommend this outstanding business”
“We contracted Splash by Masi to do some upgrade work on a full bath and a half bath. Floor tiles, countertops/faucets,lights, and more. They had done some work on our old home many years ago and did a magnificent job. Well, they obviously haven't missed a beat, as the bathrooms in our new home now look fantastic after some Masi magic. They were right on schedule with everything, and all went as planned. I have to give special recognition to Michael, who was assigned to all of the projects. His workmanship is exemplary. I highly recommend Splash (and Michael) to anyone who wants their bathrooms to impress. Very happy.”
“Good place the employees are very helpful.
I needed to get more tiles for the project I was working on and they had run out of stock, the young woman that was helping me found some at two other stores.
Thanks”
“This Home Depot has the best employees. They go above and beyond to get answers to our questions and are great at problem solving for particular needs. We appreciated that Mike took extra time to help us with placing an online order for a shower door that was super heavy and required extra handling to get it into our garage instead of curbside on a pallet. Thanks also goes to the knowledgeable gal (?Soliman) who was able to get our order into the system with a future delivery dependent on our contractor's schedule. It is the best Home Depot in which to shop!!”
“I love this little “mom and pop” hardware store. I don’t know who the proprietors are, but if I ever get to meet them, I’d like to shake their hand and tell them, “in this economy, hang in there!””
“The customer service at the Home Depot is excellent (despite the fact that they are understaffed like all the stores are nowadays). I was helped at the Service Desk by an associate named Emma, and she went above & beyond when I was having a problem with a $$ home delivery item that hasn't shown up at my house and it's over a week late. She made lots of phone calls on my behalf and although the issue still isn't entirely resolved, she has escalated it so that it will be resolved soon. I truly appreciated her empathy and ability to think on her feet! I would recommend that Home Depot give her & her colleauges raises because a lot of the customers were pretty darned grumpy and she and her team did an excellent job keeping everything under control. Retail is rough today and this store has a great and caring staff!”
“These guys are THE source for hard to find architectural hardware. I've been doing business with them for years and don't need to look elsewhere. Fantastic customer service!”
“I disagree with the first few posts in regards to staff... not sure who they are referring to but the staff are amazing.... they always say hello (at least the cashiers in the front do) and offer help. I know the customer service desk can be a little stuffy but we don't spend much time there so I cannot say much more. We always get impeccable service from Sheila the cashier and her manager Tracy... they always help us and are super friendly. Will for sure continue to shop here and I will never step foot into Lowes... now they have the unfriendly staff....”
“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”

“Great local lumber and hardware store. The former lumber company Bingham lumber had terrible reviews and customer service and exorbitant prices. Ever since Belletetes took over recently this place has done a 180 degree turnaround and is a very welcome addition to the Brookline NH neighborhood!”

“Highlights include Charles in delivery, Rich the assistant store manager, and Emma- not a pro but clocking in from lunch to try to help me out the best that she can, everyone here is really lovely. Easy to talk to and work with which is a huge plus because no matter how proactive you are, problems always happen and problem solving with quality people is always easier than the opposite. I'm thankful for all of them. And I come here even though Home Depot is closer.... 💘”

“Been going here for over a decade. Good shop. I was recently going to purchase plexiglass and thought I’d have to buy it and then score and cut it at home. They took the dimensions I needed and cut it out back for me. Made the shed window install very easy for me.”
