“Amazing experience at this location, nice products for people looking for diversity in smoking accessories. I was able to find what I was looking for and the owner was very helpful and nice. Definitely a great place to get a souvenir or little present for a friend or love one.”
“I was introduced to PRG Rugs by an amazing interior designer. PRG is a multi-generational business and Fouad, the owner, was so knowledgeable and invested in my rug experience! I found the most beautiful area rugs and carpets, however, I had not purchased rugs for years so when the quote came in it was higher than I expected. This was not because of the store's pricing, but rather my lack of familiarity with current rug pricing and my clear radar for choosing gorgeous rugs! When I expressed my surprise Fouad did not miss a beat and provided me with a number of lovely, alternate options. Any one of these would have been great. I did end up purchasing the more expensive rugs because we are recent empty nesters with no more old pets roaming around. However, if I still had a busy, messy house, I could have selected the performance rugs and been very happy.
I also have to mention the installation. PRG works with a father/son team and I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about these two. I selected a trim for my carpet stairs. They templated my stairs, including following the curve of the railing, and - at my house, in my living room, with their machine - sewed the trim onto the stair carpet pieces! It doesn't get more custom that that! And not a seam to be found in the wall to wall carpet rooms!
Five stars for PRG and its people for being so customer focused and many thanks for my beautiful rugs!

“This is without doubt the coolest store in Nashua. Unique gifts, locally made items, candles, jams, jewelry, clothes, hats, fun signs, painting supplies, American swag....the options seem endless. The store looks small from the outside, but it's huge and has two floors. If you haven't stopped in yet, I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed!”
“Good prices on cool retro items. Issue with order was immediately corrected when I contacted customer service. Shipping charge waived. Recommend improvements to mobile website.”

“I had a wonderful experience at this furniture shop. The collection was impressive, with many stylish and durable furniture options available. The staff were very helpful and guided me in choosing a dining table set that fits my space perfectly. The quality is excellent, and the finishing looks premium. Delivery was on time, and the installation team worked professionally. Overall, I’m very satisfied.”
“I have done business with Mark and Kathy at Renaissance for more than 40 years and you will never find people more willing to help! Their professionalism is something I rely on, plus they are exceptional artists and very kind human beings! And they always have a good story to tell!
P.S. Alex Haas, your review is unfair! Clearly they mistook you for a telemarketer! They don't accept call-backs from solicitors. Hopefully people will disregard your unfortunate review and find out for themselves what a treasure Renaissance Glassworks truly is! All the other reviews share my experience of excellent service.”
“Tracey is fantastic! She helped us immensely with her professional guidance and keen expertise while making the process of choosing our bathroom tiles and floorings a much easier task. Thank you again Tracey!”
“I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”
“Great local lumber and hardware store. The former lumber company Bingham lumber had terrible reviews and customer service and exorbitant prices. Ever since Belletetes took over recently this place has done a 180 degree turnaround and is a very welcome addition to the Brookline NH neighborhood!”
