“The staff here are great! My poor furbaby, Freddie, was sick and although they weren’t my vet they took him in when my mother in law brought him and took care of him lovingly. They were transparent about cost and only did things with our approval including holding off on blood work if he was not okay this morning (thankfully he is fine and chipper as he normally is). I am so thankful for everyone here and will definitely make them my primary vet if they will take Freddie on. I definitely recommend them!!”

Dr. Huss and the entire team have been nothing short of incredible throughout one of the most stressful experiences of our lives. Five months ago, our dog tore both CCL joints, requiring two TPLO surgeries on her rear legs—one three months ago and the second just a month ago. From the first moment, Dr. Hess and his staff were confident, deeply knowledgeable, and reassuring. They understood the emotional and physical toll these surgeries can take and were there for us every step of the way. Whether by phone or text, there was always someone available to answer any questions throughout the recovery process. Our lives felt turned upside down when the initial injuries happened, but ProFormance Canine gave us hope and the tools to get our dog—and ourselves—through it. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication restored our quality of life. We still have one more check-up to go, but thanks to them, our dog is thriving and we’re well on our way to being back to normal. “I was able to check in at my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist and front office staff were ALL very friendly to myself and my dog. Short wait and was escorted in to meet with the Vet. The facility was clean and free from odor. My Veterinarian is Dr. Julie Haller who is ALWAYS thorough, kind and untrusted. She reviewed old records, asked about updates and any concerns. Dr.Haller was caring and thoughtful. I have been a customer of Bulger Animal Hospital for twenty years and have never been disappointed. I refer the business to friends and family. My only concern is cost which can be higher than other veterinary practices.”
