“I had a good experience. They washed my car before they delivered it to me. Low mileage Volkswagen Taos. The car smelled slightly of cigarettes, but not enough to bother me.”

“The staff at the Dalton HLE are the best. I have been renting from this location for the past 35 years and have almost always been very happy with the service. Trinny (That's my nickname for him) manages the office and the other two young (new) employees are a delight. I retired at the end of March this year so I don't rent weekly like I used to. This time was to get me to the Bradley airport for a family/personal related flight. Even so, the service is the best and the staff are professional, and very friendly.”
