I had a good experience. They washed my car before they delivered it to me. Low mileage Volkswagen Taos. The car smelled slightly of cigarettes, but not enough to bother me.

Folks the Pittsfield MA office I rented from were great and as usual from Enterprise, I had zero issues with the mini van I rented.
