  The bank isn't a bank anymore. Have to use the ATM even while there is 3 employees sitting behind the counter talking. Just tried to call and ask a question. No one answered, which is weird since theh don't help the avg customer with withdraws or deposits.

  Horrible experience today. The female staff was rude and kept me waiting. They just want your business but lack basic manners….pathetic

  I went to get my letter notorized today. I’m literally standing in front of this inadequate excuse for an employee signing my document and after I’m done she says she didn’t see me. I’m right in front of her 12” away. So she won’t stamp it. Can’t wait to close my account next week. Worst bank ever.
