Very rude and incompetent. If there is a mistake they will try to make it look like it's your fault. I've witnessed a couple times one technician in particular who was very rude to the person ahead of me in line. It was especially upsetting that the person the technician was being rude to was elderly.

Healthcare in general is frustrating, I have to give the people working in the front lines credit. I took one star off and that is for the impossible system we live in. I'm sorry that people working hard to make a difference have to feel the brunt of people's frustrations.
