“After having a negative experience at a local namebrand dealership, I chose to do my research and find a local garage that could perform the tasks needed to fix my car. I found Bob’s garage, or Cove Street, garage, through Google maps. Looking at the reviews there were 4.5 and five star ratings. I have to say the business has lived up to its name and its reputation for being a great place to service your car. I was deeply grateful to have such a positive experience with it being my very first time as a customer there. I felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully, with every step being explained to me in a very clear manner to ensure my understanding. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or have additional services performed that weren’t needed. I feel like I paid fairly for the services provided, which was rear brakes, a tail light, and a battery replacement. I don’t need much work done, but I am positively looking forward to returning to this garage for any future services. I truly could not recommend them enough.
