“I have been with this storage facility through two owners. The first owners were great and accommodating even when I wanted to move to a larger unit. The only issue was the hours. 8:00 to 5:00. Us working people struggle to get to our unit. Then the new owners came in. They changed the hours to 8:00 to 6:00 it made my life so much easier. I went there today to find that the old hours are back in place. I would be so grateful if these hours could come back to us. Thank you all for your help.”
“I had a great experience with Bryan from Berkshire Mini. I needed two containers at my house moved across the road, and reset in a new area. Bryan was very communicative when figuring out the logistics and made it easy for me to know what I needed to do to help make it work. His price was better than I thought, and significantly cheaper than me trying to rent a machine to move them myself. Once we set them, it turned out my gravel pad wasn't as level as I thought. Bryan voluntarily came back less than two hours later with a big jack, and helped me level them out. Oh, it was 95 degrees today, and he didn't think twice about doing everything he could to help me. 100% will be calling them if I ever need another box, or anything they handle as a business.”

“Keith was especially kind and helpful. He was reassuring and jumped up to help me every time I saw him; going above and beyond the call of duty. He even kindly gave my son a cardboard uhaul bank. I was really impressed with him, but also the service all around. The people who helped me get set up were kind and respectful. The truck was clean and worked properly.”
