“I bought a GSG MP40 .22 from Avid at a gun show. When I brought it to the range it fed fine for the first 50 rounds or so but jammed consistently after that. I brought it back to Avid and they confirmed the issues. They offered to send it back for repair but I wasn't interested. Instead he offered me a $400 credit for anything in the store. I felt this was more than fair since the gun's issues were not their fault as the retailer. I picked up a Ruger 10/22 Mannlicher with the credit. These guys have integrity in my mind and I appreciate what they did for me. Thanks guys!!!”

They have a lot of really good stuff, even though some of it you might find is a few seasons old, there are some real gems and very high quality equipment .The owners are lovely and always willing to work with you on a deal. The stock rotates all the time too, so visit often!”
“I was there last week to get a new sight for my bow installed. The week before I stopped by to review options. We concluded that the features in the sight I was looking to upgrade to was not one they carried. I ordered it online and then returned for the install by Paul. He swapped out the sights, installed the Ultraview scope. We went down stairs to their 10 yard range. Did a quick check for level and distance. After that we did some paper tuning checks to confirm that all was good. Then back upstairs to pay. Considering that I didn't purchase the gear from Dave's the labor charge was more than reasonable. Definitely, my go to Archery store in the Berkshires.”

I also wanted this color because they were super on sale compared to the other colors. The 2 young men in the shoe department had me try on a pair of a different color and ordered the color I wanted to my house free of charge. They arrived faster than expected and fit great. “Outstanding shop. I’ve been biking for years and I thought I knew everything. Waltz in there asking for replacement part ABC only to be told “Oh no, that’s not compatible with this, you need XYZ part.” I’d brought in the broken part and thank god because if I’d ordered the part I thought I needed from Uncle Bezos I woulda been up a creek sans paddle two days before my big bike trip of the year. Nothing beats local experts and shopping local. Five stars, great parking.”
