“I've used Citizens Bank for probly about 10 years now. Most of my experiences have been relatively pleasant banking here. Although I never thought to leave or I review until now. Throughout this pandemic my credit cards with high APR's have taken a toll. Upon a recent visit Cora Lincoln Suggested a balance transfer with 0 APR for 18 months. Most of the time when I'm being solicited or sold to it makes me very uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I was so receptive because of my situation but I do know that I was treated with respect and value. I was made to feel as though I will be able to handle my situation And at no point did I feel like Cora was just trying to make her quota. Not only that she sign me up for the card but she also sat down with me to go over everything and to help me sort out the balance transfers. If I could give my most recent service 6 stars I would and I look forward to continuing my banking with Citizens Bank.”
