(Please don’t abuse that.)2) I was never on hold for more than a few minutes.This is how you engender trust; now I will actually believe that the duration I’m on hold is proportional to how busy the staff is. After all, you can’t always be “experiencing higher than average call volumes,” because that’s not how averages work.I was originally calling to find a pharmacy that had a particular medication in stock, but now I plan to transfer all of my medications here.”
