“Linell and John did a phenomenal fixing a botched PPF job from another installer on my Audi S3. I addressed my concerns with John and not only did the work correct the concerned areas, but I could tell they took their time in making sure they got as much clarity and ensured the defects were not in sight but they did an even better install process than the other shop didn't do in terms of relief cuts and exposed edges
I can tell they don't just do PPF here, they take pride in their work and are meticulous. They looked my vehicle and knew exactly what I'd be looking for and more to get a satisfactory result.

“Absolutely amazing experience at Carr’s! I emailed photos of damage to my car door and he promptly sent back a reasonable estimate. Months later, I stopped by the shop to see if the damage was just paint transfer. At my request, he and his team tried to buff out the damage and got it near perfect. He recommended fixing it properly though, which required repainting the door. He got me right in and had the car done when he said it would be. They even detailed the inside for us - it was like picking up a brand new car! You can’t tell anything ever happened and he didn’t even charge us for the first attempt at buffing it out. I felt he was honest with us and wasn’t just trying to make a buck off of us. We’ve already told several people of our experience and we’ll never go anywhere else. “This repair shop did excellent work for me after a falling tree branch damaged my car In a winter storm. They had the car for just under two weeks before returning it to me. Front office management was very professional. There was a clear breakdown in communication between the insurance company and the repair shop, and the insurance company was at fault. Front office management stayed after close of business to help ensure that payment was settled as agreed-upon. I will definitely be taking my business back to this repair shop. The repairs are excellent, like it never happened.”

“It's great for the price. I try to go there later in the day when there are fewer people. I use the touchless wash, so I'm only speaking about that. You can get a better touchless wash at other places, but the price here beats out the others. I only say that because I had too much wax on my car, but I went back a different day and accidentally got a wash with wax, and it didn't put too much on. The bay I was in last time was out of order. It did a great job. Eighteen dollars for the top touchless wash, or go pay 31 for the top touchless at another place. Easy decision.”
“Love the hand pressure wash under the wheel wells and hand scrub front and rear before going in the carwash. Drying needs improvement. Vehicle is still very noticeably wet coming out of wash. Maybe slow down the conveyor speed? Over all 5 stars for cleaning and 3 for drying. Bring a towel to wipe down after.”
