“I'm new to the area and needed to find a local mechanic so I took a shot with Cross Street Automotive.
My Kia Soul was due for a new timing belt. They replaced the belt and water pump along with an additional belt which was ready to go. The time taken to perform the repairs was well spent as they explained to me the intricacies of the job which was witnessed first hand when visiting the garage while the work was being performed. Their work ethic is both honest and thorough. Using numerous garages in the past while living in different areas and being knowledgeable of prices their price for the job was very fair and reasonable. Bottom line is that I have found two trustworthy , knowledgeable local mechanics at Cross Street Automotive. Thank you Guys.”

“I was in a bad accident last week, the local police called T&D and Brian came with flatbed. He's a very nice guy, helped me with some of my stuff in the car. I called later so I could get more things out of the car and spoke to the owner Derrick, who met me at the lot. Just a great guy and had to go back another time to clean out the car because it was totalled. Very accommodating and friendly which is rare these days. Thank you both for your help. Jay”
