Returns have never been an issue.If an item is not present, staff will find a location where one can get it the same day.We will definitely return.”

“Had no issues. Great place to deliver as far as I’m concerned. Easy in and out with plenty room to maneuver. I had to back up to one of those portable docks / ramps with a dry van. But, there is more than enough room to get yourself lined up with it. The unloader guides you back anyway so it’s not bad. Unloading I think was good as well. I think a little over an hour with one person Unloading a 53 foot trailer full of insulation bales is more than acceptable. The bottom line is I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here.”

“I'm writing this review specifically to give kudos to Derek Rock who delivered a huge load of lumber to my house. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!”

This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company.
