“I saw some reviews saying the greens were slow but I disagree, I thought this course was in incredible condition. Truly great. It’s tight and short and I couldn’t tell you the right set of tees to play. Front 9 was a legitimate challenge and I enjoyed it. Back 9 was a bit gimmicky and not as enjoyable. Pure conditions but not a fan of the layout.”

“Having our wedding at Lakeview Pavilion was hands down the best decision we could have made. From start to finish, the entire Lakeview team treated us like family and made us feel like they were just as excited about our big day as we were. The support and care we received from the moment we first walked in to book the wedding until the very end of the night was nothing short of exceptional. No matter what questions or concerns I had, they were always quick to address them, guiding me through every step of the planning process and offering help whenever I needed it. It felt like having an extra set of hands to navigate the craziness of wedding planning.
On the wedding day itself, everything was absolutely perfect. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, excitement, and even hugs—it really made me feel like the most special person in the world. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for that. The food was incredible; every guest I spoke with raved about their meal, from the passed appetizers to the ice cream bar and, of course, the crowd favorite—the French fry bar!
The entire team made sure everything flowed seamlessly throughout the day and night. We never had to worry about a thing. If you’re considering having your wedding at Lakeview Pavilion, do it! You’ll love every second of it, just as we did. It was truly an unforgettable experience.”
“The go-karts here are very fast and gives you a great adrenaline rush.
Time Mission is also so much fun (reminds me a bit of Level 99). There are 25 creative rooms that you try to score the most points in. Each room has a cool theme and uses different skill sets to play. We had a lot of fun as a team of 2 solving puzzles together. We killed 2hrs here easily. They say each room can accommodate groups of 4, but I think 4 people might feel too squished and chaotic. Some rooms smelled musky and could use a good deep clean.
We recommend coming to R1- there’s a variety of activities all in one place!”

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, mid-century modern and flexible for whatever you need it for. Aaron at House of Feast also did an unbelievable job catering the event and made sure everyone was well fed with gourmet bites. I cannot thank Catherine enough for all of her help in making my 30th one I will never forget!”

The venue alone is worth it, but on top of that, the staff made everything so easy. They were responsive, helpful, and supportive from start to finish.

“Just had a lovely stay at the Proctor Mansion Inn. The innkeeper, Dari, was friendly, welcoming & made a mean breakfast. My room was terrific: comfortable bed, awesome jetted bathtub & fast WiFi (the homemade cookies were a nice touch!). I loved the location & enjoyed walking around the cute downtown area. I highly recommend!”
“I've had the opportunity to play several rounds of golf at Franklin Country Club with colleagues, as well as participate in several events. The staff always does a great job organizing enjoyable golf events, and treating members' guests with great hospitality. The food is always plentiful and top notch, particularly their lobster rolls and seafood, including the raw bar and amazing clam chowder. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure you have a great day/experience. The pro shop is well stocked, and the course is always in excellent condition. It is a very challenging course, as flat lies are tough to come by, but fairways are open enough that most skill levels will find the course enjoyable.”

While in Providence I stumbled upon a flea market and spotted a booth where a lovely lady and her daughter or sister, sorry forget, were selling their homemade crafted soaps. I finally found something to get excited about. Sue Costa the owner of IZO Arts and Crafts, had a delicious selection of her most wonderfully scented soaps. It was hard not buying at least one of each but, I did manage to do it. I finally decided on two Lilac scents as that is so hard to find as you can't get and actual lilac scent from the Lilac flower. I also got a rose - yummy - who doesn't like the smell of roses? These young ladies are so sweet and full of pleasant conversation and more than willing to talk to you about the products. Not everyone is so forth coming!
I was so impressed when I got back home and tried the luscious softness and inviting aroma of the lilac soap I searched her sites on the web to see what else she has and will be having.

“Went for the bts concert. Amazing experience, amazing staff, I had an amazing time. I had club section and it’s very comfy and you can sit, buy food and drinks and even charge your phone, it’s also huge around there but there are many cafes and a chick fil a to have a bite in!”

“I had a great experience in the casino leaving with more money than I came in with. No free drinks or free valet. I didn't get a room so I can't comment on that. Some dealers were a bit harsh with new players unfamiliar with the rules while others were awesome and made the game fun.”

The new owner is amazing, she has fun activities, she has people coming in and doing things with the kids like music, with Singers and shakers. Today we had an apple social, lots of fun apple activities, apple print painting, apple.picture frames amd.lots of apple snacks, apple donuts etc. Love the new owner and staff they are great.”
