“In May, 2026, in order to pass the annual inspection in MA for my 2013 Mini Cooper S, my front-end suspension needed repairs: right side tie rod & ball joint. On a neighbor's recommendation, I went to LEVIS. I have no regrets. This Pop & Son's mechanic shop is STELLAR! They are NOT CHEAP; but, you get what you pay for. Bottom line: the mechanics were professionals, and the car's front end suspension has been excellent since the repairs. Most recently, in late August, I returned to LEVIS for issues with my turbo producing higher than usual RPMs. My initial contact was a good exchange of ideas between a couple mechanics and myself on what the problems were with the RPMs. On further inspection the following day, the mechanic was HONEST enough to tell me that though he gave it a thorough diagnosis, he couldn't find the issue regarding higher than usual RPMs, and that I may want to take the car to a specialist. For me, that HONESTY is EVERYTHING! For a nominal charge of which I thought was beyond fair, I left knowing that I will continue to TRUST in LEVIS' mechanics, their work, and especially their recommendations. I would specifically like to thank Joe for being earnest in his diagnosis.
I read a few reviews that weren't complimentary. No business is perfect. Everything has an upside & downside. For me, I'll give LEVIS the benefit of the doubt as both times I used them, they treated me professionally and did NOT take advantage of me. Cheers fellas!”
