“DEA auto is a fantastic shop! They fixed my rack & pinion on my 4Runner when other shops didn’t have the proper equipment to jack the trans to get the rack removed. Al is a great guy, very honest shop that does not try to upcharge you, or upsell you on unnecessary repairs. I recommend Al to all friends, family, and strangers for sure. Saved me money, took my car from AAA off the tow while they were closed and got to my car as soon as they had a chance. “Cape Auto Body Collision Center on Sandwich St., Plymouth are wonderful. Kudos to Chip. I had a door lock that was stuck in lock mode and could not get an inspection sticker. They were able to get it working again and then sent the car over to Cape Auto repair for the inspection. They did not even charge me for fixing the lock. I will always bring my car there for auto body work. Their sister facility on Samoset St, Plymouth are great too.”

“I made an impulse buy on a very hot second-hand car that turned out to have issues. When it turned out to haver been a mistake on my part, Joel Casser of Volvo Cars Plymouth identified a more practical used vehicle and unwound the first purchase without hesitation or fuss. They were great. Joel Casser had the second car, a dual motor XC40 Recharge which already had two new tires, fitted with two more new cars and had a thorough inspection done. The inspection noted some vibration in the front end while accelerating. He had both front end axles replaced. There was no charge for any of this or for the new wiper blades. The car drove noticeably better and a future maintenance issue avoided. I did not have to make any requests. Joel was terrific to deal with - positive, focused on making the car right, and he was forthright and communicative. If I ever buy another car (unlikely as I am about to be 83) I will only buy from Joel and Volvo Cars Plymouth.”

Dropped her off and hoped for the best. The very next day, the problem was identified, and a best-case solution was arrived at. “After previously being denied financing for a car I was told I would be approved for and putting money down on it at a previous Honda, I reached out to Honda of Plymouth who was able to get me into their showroom and out in a new car with financing that very same day. I explained my financial situation and means for this payment with credit in reconstruction after some mistakes of my past. The financing manager worked very hard to get me approved and although I had to put a bit more money down, got me in a new and reliable and safe vehicle with very low mileage that I now feel comfortable driving my clients in for work. From the moment I walked through the doors the atmosphere of Plymouth Honda compared to the prior Honda I had been at was entirely different. I test drove a Honda Civic with Bill who was the nicest and most personable sales man. It felt like he genuinely listened to my needs and found me exactly what I was looking for. Plus the conversation for a bit of a lengthy progress, flowed seamlessly. Even when Bill was off doing paperwork and other things he needed to get done, the other sales people around me feel right at home and welcome with conversation. Working with the financing manager seemed to be just as easy. I highly recommend Honda of Plymouth and commend them on an amazing customer service experience. Will be returning back here for any future car needs.”

“Derek is the guy!!! I seriously had such a great experience! I was in a really tricky situation—working odd hours, with nobody available to give me a ride to pick up the car, and needing it ASAP so I could finish packing and move by September 1st.
We got a great deal, and he even delivered the car over an hour away directly to my work!! He truly went above and beyond and made a stressful situation so much easier for me. I’m so grateful and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a car!”

“I can not express enough how this Volvo svc center is so involved and looking out for the customers best interest. From the very 1st time I went to them for maintenance svc, they treat and communicate with you like they really care and you are a human, not a dollar sign. They didn't recharge me for an oil change or air filters that I had done elsewhere, they only charged me for what I did need to be done. I highly recommend going to this Volvo instead of any others, the prices are very reasonable and the customer svc is top notch. If they cost a little more I will still go to them, because being talked to and treated like a human being is high up on my list. Thank you thank you thank you Plymouth Volvo you guys rock!”
“Had a really great experience with Rebel Motorworks. I brought my Jeep in with transmission issues and learned that it needed another transmission because of a poor installation by a previous shop.
John explained the problem clearly, walked me through all of my options, and was completely transparent about the work and costs. I never felt pressured into making a decision, which made the whole process much easier.
