“I made an impulse buy on a very hot second-hand car that turned out to have issues. When it turned out to haver been a mistake on my part, Joel Casser of Volvo Cars Plymouth identified a more practical used vehicle and unwound the first purchase without hesitation or fuss. They were great. Joel Casser had the second car, a dual motor XC40 Recharge which already had two new tires, fitted with two more new cars and had a thorough inspection done. The inspection noted some vibration in the front end while accelerating. He had both front end axles replaced. There was no charge for any of this or for the new wiper blades. The car drove noticeably better and a future maintenance issue avoided. I did not have to make any requests. Joel was terrific to deal with - positive, focused on making the car right, and he was forthright and communicative. If I ever buy another car (unlikely as I am about to be 83) I will only buy from Joel and Volvo Cars Plymouth.”
“I can not express enough how this Volvo svc center is so involved and looking out for the customers best interest. From the very 1st time I went to them for maintenance svc, they treat and communicate with you like they really care and you are a human, not a dollar sign. They didn't recharge me for an oil change or air filters that I had done elsewhere, they only charged me for what I did need to be done. I highly recommend going to this Volvo instead of any others, the prices are very reasonable and the customer svc is top notch. If they cost a little more I will still go to them, because being talked to and treated like a human being is high up on my list. Thank you thank you thank you Plymouth Volvo you guys rock!”

“Recently I was referred to "B and B Autobody" for work on my car. Honestly, I had not heard of them prior to this, but heard good things when I asked around. The first time I contacted them, I was told to bring it in at my convenience for Kevin, the owner, to look at. No wait and that was it throughout the entire process. Kevin asked only that I drop it off and pick it up when done. He took care of everything involved, including paperwork. The day I picked up my car, I walked right by it. Not only did they do an excellent job on the bodywork, but they washed and waxed the outside, and, detailed it inside as well. This senior citizen is now cruising in my Honda Accord that looks like it was just driven out of the showroom. A big shout-out to B and B Autobody in Plymouth. They rock.”

“This is not the typical big-box Advanced Auto that you see in the pictures. Little roadside store that looks a bit run down -- have never seen one like this. Service was great and speedy, though! They tested my battery and had me out with a new one (at a good price) before I could finish huffing all the air fresheners.”
