Great store! Jennifer is the best! All of the other staff is great as well. I’m an indecisive person and love to get opinions. Always very attentive and helpful. I shop at this store often and have visited other Lofts and this one is #1 for me!

I give a 4 star for their clothing the have a great selection. The store staff in Plymouth are amazing people. While the online customer service/chat is horrible. They need to do much better.

Nelly was amazing! She helped me so much, from accessories, to sizes, I’m sure other people feel the same. She made me feel comfortable. The only down side was the manager. She was very rude
