They sell a wide selection of different jewelry and gifts, etc. Jewelery ranging from beaded beach bracelets to more expensive gold and silver pieces usually with some sort of reference to Plymouth or the beach. Cape Codder jewelery, jewelry with sea glass, etc.Also beautiful hand made hand bags , candles, journals, some clothing, etc.Very cute boutique. Price not too bad. The girls working there always seem ready to help.Nice place..”

“[Update 5 years later] Plymouth Dancewear is still our go-to shop for all of our dance class needs (shoes, tights, leotards). Both of my daughters are dancing now (one is on the competition team) and all associates at this store are kind, knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to buying exactly what we need to for our studio.[Original review] We had such a great experience at Plymouth Dancewear getting all the gear my 3 year-old needed to start dance lessons. The staff was so friendly and helpful fitting the shoes and giving us advice on what to buy.”

“This consignment shop has some great finds! I have scored some VERY high-end pieces for myself, friends and family for deep discounts. Some of the best picks: stunning Carolina Herrera dress (marked down to about $80), silk Jimmy Choo scarf ($60), silk J. Mendel of Paris dress ($100), solid sterling silver Brenda Schoenfeld bracelet ($110; told by a jeweler who polished it that the resale value is easily a few hundred dollars) great finds from Habitat, Eileen Fisher, Bryn Walker, Orla Kiely and J. Jill linen blouses. The store is neat and tidy and the clothing is steam pressed by the staff (you often see them carefully steaming clothing in the back room) and is in good condition (some of it new). Heather and her mother own the store and they are lovely people. They have frequent colored dot sales (think of Filene's Basement) and have an incentive program for discounting future purchases based upon current purchases. If a scarf has a snag, they will offer to knock something off. Due to the clothing being better brands and some instances, luxury brands, the price point is a little higher than some other consignment shops. The savings are still significant especially for people like me that are routinely drawn to things outside her budget. I sometimes will get annoyed as a potential customer will pick up an orange Tory Burch handbag from this season that is in mint condition and feign surprise that the bag is not $25 (this actually happened in front of me). I try to refrain from rolling my eyes but come on, people! Luxury items are priced accordingly but are discounted (just not as steeply as some frugal customers would like). My hairstylist Michael who is very fashionable and particular LOVES this shop, too!”

“What a great T-shirt store! We were so excited to see that the bulk of their shirts were the "Comfort Colors" brand. Everyplace we travel to around the world, we specifically seek out that brand for my husband as they wash and wear wonderfully for years! Clerk was pleasant and enjoyable to talk to as well! We will absolutely stop back for more shirts next time! Check them out!!!”

“Parking lot gets super busy as it is shared with Market Basket & Home Goods. Store is relatively clean & organized, but I was surprised about the selection of clothes. It seemed like T.J.MAXX had a better selection overall. Walked out with a few impulse items, but nothing I really needed. Will return in the future as their stock is always changing.”

“If you like independent boutiques featuring eclectic European clothing lines, you will like this boutique! The owner has a discriminating eye and selects clothing lines that are both mainstream (Eileen Fisher) and lesser known labels. There are some edgy statement pieces but also classic staples suitable for a range of patrons. The shop tends to be on the pricier side (most pieces range from $100-$250) but it is not that surprising when clothes are not mass produced in questionable factories with human rights violations and are made with higher quality materials and clean lines. The clothing lines are smaller and the tailoring and material tends to be better quality. The manager is great as once she gets a sense of your style, she is pretty spot on in finding pieces that match your aesthetic so she takes on the role of personal shopper if she senses there is an interest / need but not in a pushy or overbearing manner. The jewelry is very a particular style and that is one area I wish they would branch out a bit and carry some sterling silver pieces and some more handbag selections. Overall, this shop is a breath of fresh air!”
