Although some staffers are pleasant, it is always an ordeal. With no human receptionist, there is usually a problem checking in - no appointment on file - and so many senior citizens completely puzzled and unable to handle this process.

Horrible access for a quick question. No human being answers. Impossible to get to anyone

They require you show up 10 minutes early for an appt, but then they get to you 30 minutes after your appt has gone by, and they're not even busy. Ridiculous.

When my doctors office failed to fax my order, Diana went above and beyond to help me. She provided me two avenues for the doctors office to send my orders, and then called to let me know the moment they came in. I am extremely grateful for her help. Without her intervention it would have been a few more weeks before my labs would have gotten done.

Terrible turn around time for results. No one answers the phone and the quest online platform is worse. Go elsewhere!!!

Very pleasant experience, they speak to you with respect and kindness which is more than you can say for a lot of places.

I drove to TWO SEPARATE quest location. They stop drug testing in the middle of the day. Absolute joke and waste of everyone’s time.

I visited this location this past Thursday (Dec 2) around 2:30 pm, it was my 5th or 6th attempt to find a location where I could get a covid test and get the results back within 72 hours to return to Canada. I regretfully did not catch the technicians name but she was so incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with me. I was beginning to feel like I would not be able to get home and she went well out of her way to help me get the test done. She was amazing and thanks to her I got my results in time to get home! I'm very grateful for her kindness.

DO NOT USE QUEST FOR PCR TESTS WHEN YOU NEED RAPID RESULTS.They make promises, charge you for things they don't do, and then refuse to refund your money when they don't deliver.I went to Quest in Harwich Port to take a COVID PCR test to be able to return to Canada without quarantining. The rules are - as they are for most travel related COVID tests - you must present a negative PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours. Often travel tests are now shorter - 48 hours or the calendar day before. All tests go to a central lab for processing.I called and confirmed their turn-around time in advance. They told me their response would typically be within 12 hours to 48 hours. They quoted me $129. they told me I had to go online to pay in advance.I went on line - made an appointment and was paid in advance - not $129 but $135 - they added a $6.00 fee to notify my physician of the result even though there was no physician. No choice. My first clue these people are not on the up-and-up - I should have gone to CVS.I wanted to drive back to Canada from Cape Cod on Saturday - which would put me at the border at 10 PM. I went in for my Friday 10:30 AM appointment and confirmed again in person that results would be there in time and the technician told me that my swab would go out with his morning shipment to the lab - I would probably have results within 12 hours but it could go to 48. I had the test. Before they give you the test they ask why I needed it and was paying out of pocket. I explained both on the online form and in-person it was for travel and the 72 hour time limit. I was told we guarantee results within 72 hours. Most of the time within 48.No results Friday night. No results Saturday. So, I delayed my drive to Canada until Sunday. Still no result. As I had to be at the border within 72 hours of my test or face a fine of up to $5,000 I finally set out for the border at hour 52: - 2:30 PM - and so after the 48 hours were up. I was slated to arrive at 10 PM. With no results at 3 PM, I started calling the lab, and customer service told me they would put a rush on it. At 6PM and again at 9 PM I called back, and had a friend checking the website. Again - still no result - so my friend had found a testing site that guaranteed 30 minute results in Buffalo - I got there at 10:30 - checked one last time (still no results) so paid another $225.00 for a PCR test - got my results within the promised time and crossed the border at 11:00 PMThe absolute latest Quest promised the results would come in by was 72 hours. So this morning - 72 hours later at 10:30 AM - I checked again. Still no results. So even if I had camped overnight at the border and waited to get my results in order to cross, I wouldn't have made it.At 11:30 (73 hours) still no results so I called to demand answers. One person apologized and then forwarded me to the "patient care" department - who didn't actually care.I asked for a refund - Response: no apology and no refund - no way. He looked online, and acknowledged the results weren't up but said the test results were complete by 10:24 AM. What good was that to me? Even if they had posted and I slept on site, I would have had 6 minutes to get to the front of the customs line.12:30 PM - 74 hours later - still no results on-line. I finally got an email at 12:40 PM - 74 hours and 10 minutes after my test.Net - DONT get your PCR test at Quest. 72 hour old results are useless. You're most infectious for about 72 hours - what good is a test that takes that long to get a result? This company is dishonest - and needs to honor their commitments and fix this for all affected patients. Total rip off.
