“Placed an on-line order from the parking lot since I had a 10% coupon for ordering on-line. I did my order... reorganized my hatch area for 2 minutes walked in to the store. The young lady was in the process of grabbing my merchandise. I signed for it and left. Total process took ~5 minutes tops and I was on my way home. Very pleased”

“Got a toilet tank gasket from HD, with no assistance. Had trouble removing rusted bolts went to Aubuchon where they provided a screwdriver and metal drill bit that is longer than the tank to drill out the rusted bolts and to properly install the new screws without removing the equipment in the tank.”
“I cannot recommend using Goodrich Lumber in Kingston enough! Not only do they have a great selection of materials to choose from, their customer service is exceptional! I cannot thank their staff enough, in particular Ed Cappa, for the help I received both on the phone and in person. “Busy. A bit of a wait to check out. Staff shortage, like many other retailers. I like the store because it's a real honest parts store. Less of the gimmicks and more of the parts and tools to get the job done. Staff with enough age to know what they are selling and how to use it.”

“Great deals for useful tools. Bought the Pittsburg brand torque wrenchs for a really low price, also got a really useful 18" extra-long flexible 3/8" drive ratchet that comes in handy for hard to reach areas. Bought a 1/2" drive torque wrench there that stopped working and getting a replacement was very easy, just went back with the defective tool and exchanged it for a new one. It's very handy to have, I leave it in the trunk of my car for the wheel bolts.”

“An update to give another 5 stars because Charlie, Andrew, and Chris were so helpful and patient! I have bought wooden flooring here 4 different times and pleased with the quality! Once again, Charlie was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He responded to my questions with patience and helpful answers. I bought wooden flooring here years ago and bought more wooden flooring recently. I was allowed to take samples home to check how they would look so I could choose and purchase what I liked and needed at a reasonable price both times. I also have bought other items and flooring. Would highly recommend this store!”
