“Solona is the ONLY reason why my husband and I ship out of this location. Solona deserves a RAISE after the all of the crap she has gone through in this store. She had a line stemming 10 other customers waiting to ship out and not once did she show any frustration or an eye roll like the other lady who works at this location. Solona never closes early unlike the other lady who closed 25 minutes early last month and caused us to a huge headache.”

“I actually did have a good experience here. Easy to get my package, no line or fuss. However online the store hours should be adjusted. This store is only open 2-8 pm on weekdays. I went on a saturday since I thought they were open but they were not. Also keep in mind it's on a road tucked away across ocean not really Summer St.”

“Nicest people working here! I came in to mail two letters thinking I had enough postage on both. They double checked and I was short $0.28. I had to go back to my car to get my wallet but they said I could pay them back next time. Since I don’t come here often I went out to get my wallet and paid the money right away but they were so kind to make that offer. With so many people mean or dishonest these days, it’s nice to find a place where employees are so kind.”
“I was very grateful to the gentleman today who brought my package out to my car for it was very heavy! When I got home I got it out of my trunk and rolled it end to end across my driveway up some steps and in the house. So “I’m glad my mailbox was too full for my case of water to be delivered “ ??? because I’d need a new mailbox if they attempted to stuff this in! “This is a great location to take care of important tasks like child passport applications and sending out regular mail and packages, especially because they’re open later on Saturdays than most locations in the area. Make sure to leverage tools like the USPS app or their website to make appointments for complex tasks like passport applications. Note: if you’re planning to sign up a kiddo for a passport, make sure that both parents are present (or have appropriate documentation on hand if that is impossible).”
“I run a eCommerce business from my house - I have never had an issue with them - They always pickup on time - The manager is a great guy. Many times I am late 5:05 or 5:10 and they take the package.”
