“The South Yarmouth ReStore is located farther away from the beach, and is more of a contractor's supply house than it is a collection of household goods. There were plenty of different sets of cabinets, pipe fittings, and some unique pieces of furniture. The antique giant Christmas Tree Shops marquee sign was a fun sight to behold.
While most ReStores have space for books, housewares, and other items, this ReStore is on the smaller side for these things. The thrift/resale market landscape of Cape Cod is different when compared to other regions of Southern New England. There seems to be a larger population of people who find antiques of value to sell or resell. This ReStore shows me that if you are a contractor, this is a the right place for you, but if you are looking to fill the cabinetry that this ReStore sells, you might have to go someplace else.

“I appreciate the hard working volunteers. They are always very kind. The food is very good and great quality. I am truly grateful for this facility. I thank you once again.I've been struggling financially and live here alone. It's a blessing to be able to come here. I was able to receive some financial assistance. I did however experience some unpleasant understanding with the financial intake. They are lacking communication skills with the intake process of financial needs. I felt they were not sympathetic if you don't have a place to go. I've worked 42 years and now on SSDI. Apparently the migrants get more assistance then someone who has worked her whole life as an American Citizen. I was really surprised how they did not care about my hardship. Their soft way of saying sleep in your car.”
“I think this is one of the nicest thrift stores on the cape, I recently bought an air fryer, It looked new, I paid a fair price, I also bought a small flat screen tv in july 2024, for $17.00 works great, I wish some people would stop complaining about the prices,all the money goes to helping others, thank you”
“Very friendly staff and very welcoming! Everyone seems very happy working there and helping others. This is a great place to make donations and to purchase items ranging from clothing, glassware, and even tools downstairs in the basement.”
“I enjoyed this thrift store at this church location separate from the church itself a separate building. The items were all organized and priced there were books and specialty items household and antique items and records and some new items as well it was an overall enjoyable experience to visit this thrift shop I wish I had more time the first day I went. I am going to visit again today to see any new items and see if I missed anything and grab something I wanted hope it’s still there ?no clothing ! Great Experience , lovely staff, ??plenty of parking . easy to find . Wont disappoint ?There were snacks too the day I went!! ?☕️”

“This shop supports Falmouth Hospital emergency room, and while it doesn't get as much attention as the newer Hand-in-Hand thrift shop because it's dated appearance, I still find plenty of good stuff here.”
