“Let's admit it, going to a postal office is usually pretty stress inducing - at least for me! The lines, the attitudes, the staff, ugh.
However, I recently had to mail important information and decided to to to USPS in Holden. It was great! The staff was friendly and they were able to mail my letter and it was in-and-out.
I will come to branch next time!”

I will say I have used this little post office off/on for years and I have always found the postman responsive and professional. However in this case she went above and beyond. “Always friendly staff, plenty of parking. This post office has always been helpful. They are closed on national holidays, which is normal, so not a complaint. The hours are great. The always have good stock of priority boxes too. It's easy to get to as well being right in the downtown area.”
“When a package marked as delivered went missing, I reached out for assistance. They went above and beyond to help me locate it. The package had been mistakenly delivered to my neighbor's address. However, the team took full responsibility for the mix-up and did not stop until they found a solution.”
“Nick was an extremely helpful person at the service desk. He was polite, quick, efficient and had an excellent customer service attitude. That was surprising to me because he told me he had to be on his feet virtually the whole day. I guess that puts an end to My idea of working for the post office unless I can get a part-time job!By the way if, somebody helps you at any kind of business or service and has a really good attitude, make a point of telling them so. I know from decades as a business owner that finding people with a good customer service attitude is harder than people think. so the next time somebody does the good job make sure to tell them so, because I assure you hear a lot more negative comments than positive ones! In case you haven’t noticed, the last few years there are a lot of people in custom service that shouldn’t be in any kind of customer facing job period!!!”
“It is so refreshing to have the folks that we interact with and need assistance from at the post office be so polite and truly helpful. I've lived in many different areas of our great country. I say this only to point out that I've dealt with many different postal employees and many post offices. “I went to this post office for the first time in my life. As we well know, sometimes the people at the post office can be at best a little short. (i.e. Lunenburg) ….This was not the case at this post office today when I met Nikki. She was extremely pleasant, personable, and professional. “Great staff very informative. We had to get our passports and they answered all our questions. They also took our passports photos and made everything easy and seamless. I have been coming to this location for years and previous team was not good at all.. the new manager, I did not catch her name, is really good. She is professional and polite.
